• UTC 8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• In the event of any dispute, UTC 8's decision will be considered final.
• The Bangla version of the Terms & Conditions shall be considered the applicable and binding version.

To open an account with UTC 8, you must be a resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. Each person is permitted to hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

The information you provide at registration — including your name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or incorrect information may cause issues during account verification and could result in your withdrawal being held.

• Age Verification: UTC 8 may request proof of age at any time. Verification must be completed using a national ID card or passport.
• One Account Policy: Multiple accounts cannot be opened from the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• Password Security: You are responsible for the security of your own account. Never share your password with anyone.
• Updating Contact Information: If your mobile number or email address changes, please update your account promptly.

Before placing any bet on UTC 8, make sure you have read the specific rules for that game or event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so please bet carefully.

For Sports Betting, odds may change during a match as the game situation evolves. For live betting, if your internet connection drops, any bet already accepted will remain valid. If a match is cancelled for any reason, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• Minimum bet amounts may vary depending on the game.
• The maximum win limit for each game is specified in that game's rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, UTC 8 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same match is strictly prohibited.
• If match-fixing or irregularities are suspected, UTC 8 may withhold payment until an investigation is concluded.

UTC 8 supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though in some cases it may take up to 30 minutes.

Withdrawals may take up to 5 business days, though most are processed within 24 hours. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Same Payment Method: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same mobile banking number.
• Third-Party Use Prohibited: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using your own account — no third-party numbers allowed.
• Money Laundering: UTC 8 is obligated to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

UTC 8 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty points. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

Bonuses generally cannot be withdrawn directly. A bonus becomes withdrawable only after a specified amount has been wagered using the bonus funds. This condition is known as the "Wagering Requirement".

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus claims are subject to an expiry period — once the deadline passes, the bonus will be forfeited.

Under our terms and conditions, each member can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and time restrictions. If signs of betting addiction appear, the Self-Exclusion option can be used to temporarily or permanently deactivate the account.

• Session Limit: Decide in advance how long you will play in a single session.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Misusing the bonus system or deliberately circumventing bonus terms and conditions.
• Placing bets automatically using software or bots.
• Involvement in money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Disrespectful behavior toward other users or staff.

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned via the designated payment method; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
